A soul-led start changes everything.

Before the noise of the day begins, I anchor into peace with my “Mermaid Morning Ritual.”

  • 10K steps at sunrise with my cavoodles

I don’t diet. I nourish.
After ditching alcohol, meat, and sugar, I committed to a vibrant, plant-based lifestyle that makes me feel alive.

Cooking is now a ritual of self-love—not a chore.

When life feels heavy, I double down on light, colourful, gut-happy meals that make my body say YES.

☀️ 4. SolarPowered Sundays

Sundays are sacred.

I unplug. I sunbathe. I fast. I stretch. I rest.
Sometimes naked. Always free. 😉

This is my weekly soul reset—and it’s non-negotiable.
No calls. No chaos. Just me, my body, the sun, and the breath.

🧠 5. The 10-Minute Reset Rule

No matter how wild life gets, I ask:
“What can I do in the next 10 minutes to reset my energy?”

That might be:

  • A walk around the block

  • A breathwork app

  • A dance break in the kitchen

  • A gratitude text to someone I love

Ten minutes is all it takes to shift your state and change your story.
