This is what we expect of you! 

❤️ Love - You see through the eyes of love and you love to help other people.  

😎 Integrity - You will do what you say you will do, show up and be reliable.

🎙️ Communication - You are a great communicator. You listen, ask questions and keep us informed of where you are at.

🤩 Coachable - You are  coachable with a hunger to learn and grow and you love feedback and understand its not criticism rather an opportunity to improve. 

❤️ Availability - You will be available for 5-10 hours per week... Please note (as explained in the video), this is NOT a paid position. 

🤝 Committed - You are committed to complete the 3 month internship and everything that is required of you in this timeframe. 

🔥 Extra Mile - You will go the extra mile and always do your absolute best. 

☀️ Energy - You will show up energy rich and be a pleasure to deal with. If you are an energy vampire who blames, complains, has excuses or sucks the life out of the room then this is definitely not a good fit.
