Kylie is a tertiary qualified business coach with a Bachelor of Business (HRM & MKT) with over 25 years experience in business and over 15 years as a business coach.   

Kylie understands first hand what it's like to run a business having owned and operated her first business, a video store when she was just 19. Kylie quadrupled the figures in that business within just 4 months. 

In 2004 Kylie purchased a gym on the Gold Coast which was about to close its doors. She worked over 80 hours a week in her first year and tripled her business, but she was burnt out. 

Kylie identified 5 key areas where she needed to focus to give her business the BOOST it needed so she could get her TIME back.  

This allowed her to grow her business 500%, have it fully managed, highly profitable and she was only working a couple of hours per week. This allowed her to start a family and then she franchised growing her business to a chain of 13 gyms. 

Kylie has set her business up to give her the freedom to have fun with her family living the dream lifestyle up in the Whitsundays as well as make a massive impact to the business owners she mentors through her KickAssity Academy. 

Kylie is super passionate about working with business owners to help them double their turnover, triple their profits and quadruple their time off so they can have the freedom to have fun with their families and finally get their business / life back in balance.
