Firstly my heartfelt acknowledgement in taking this super important step to apply for the Govt Grant to access $5K as part of the Business Basics Grant Program to BOOST your business (and ultimately your life) and to allow you to make the impact you were born to make. 

I feel truly honoured to be able to partner with you and excited for what is possible on the other side thanks to this government funding which is truly a blessing and the ripple effect will be life changing on so many levels.

Applications were supposed to OPEN on 4th May, but have now been delayed due to the Govt Site having technical issues.

New Dates have JUST being announced. 

• regional Queensland funding stream – 9am, Monday 16 May
• South East Queensland funding stream – 9am, Tuesday 17 May.

To be considered you need to have:-
* A business with ABN registered in QLD
* Be registered for GST and 
* Have a turnover of LESS than $300k.

 Here are your important PRE-APP Preparations Steps to Follow:-   I understand that this can feel overwhelming and confusing, so our mission is to help make this process as simple and easy and FUN as possible!!   

Step 1 - Tax Invoice:

As part of your application you need to submit a supplier tax invoice. To generate your tax invoice and to check you are all set for your grant application can you please send me the following info:

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Email
3. Mobile Phone
4. Your Biz ABN
5. Your Biz Name
6. Website (if you have one)
7. Any social links (if you have them set up).

For privacy reasons you can send these to our accounts email:

Step 2 - Smarty Grants Application Account:

You will need to set up an application account with a password. It takes about 30 seconds to do this:-

- Once set up you will receive an email confirmation.
- Go to your email and click the link to activate your account
- Save your email and password as you will need this to log in to apply for your grant as soon as it opens.

Then to log in to access the grant and submit your application go to:-

Step 3. Stat Dec:

You will need to complete a Stat Dec and have it witnessed by a JP and ready to upload for as soon as the applications open…

It can be witnessed by a JP / School Teacher / Police Officer / Chemist /Post Office. 
Just be sure to physically sign it.

- Title: Business Booster Program
- What Priorities: Training & Coaching / Website Upgrades

**Short description of the grant funded activity **
- Business Coaching focusing on Sales and Marketing plus Website with digital sales and marketing system to generate new enquiries and sales online.  

**How will the grant funded activities enhance the core skills of the business and make it more competitive **
- It will help us gain knowledge and experience in online marketing to promote our brand online so we can reach more people to let them know about our services and ultimately sign up new clients in an easy online system.

**Expected Results**
- The purpose of this government grant is to help you increase your revenue and gross profit and to expand your business by bringing on a team member or several to help you. So in this section you can add your expected growth in revenue, GP and Head Count.

**EXAMPLE: **
- Increase in Revenue: $100,000
- Increase in GP:  $80,000
- Increase in Head Count: 2

**How will the grant funded activity assist your business to grow revenue, profit, and create jobs.**
- With a digital online marketing system we will be able to sign up more customers quickly and easily which will grow and revenue and profit. It is expected that with this business growth we will create at least 2 new jobs.
